Human rights are the tools we use to fight for our basic dignities and freedoms. These tools belong to all of us, and they ensure equality among all groups of people. All of us deserve to feel safe and to have equal opportunities in life, no matter our background, ability, gender, sexuality, income or postcode. Without a Charter of Rights, it is easy for our freedoms to be taken away or ignored by Government.

Join Robert Simms MLC, Federal Greens spokesperson for Justice, Senator David Shoebridge and speakers from Change the Record, Rights Resource Network SA and SACOSS, as we discuss what a Human Rights Framework would mean for South Australia and how to make it a reality.

This is a free in-person event and registrations are essential.

**To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, attendees are strongly encouraged to wear masks and should not attend if they are feeling unwell or experiencing cold or flu like symptoms.
