Pasang Dolma Sherpa, Executive Director of the Center for Indigenous Peoples' Research (CIPRED) has been working in the area of Climate Change and natural resources management with indigenous and local communities both at national and international levels for more than a decade. She has
been involved in the climate change negotiation of United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) since 2009. Ms. Sherpa did her PhD on Climate Change Education in Nepal.
She will be the guest resource speaker at the Asia Pacific Green’s Federation Women’s Network webinar to share her knowledge and experience on Indigenous People and climate change on October 23rd.
