What does the AUKUS deal actually mean for Australia? What’s being hidden behind the secrecy and the billion-dollar price tag?

Join Senator David Shoebridge and hear directly from highly regarded experts for a detailed discussion unpacking the realities of AUKUS, Australia’s growing military alignment with the US, and the consequences this deal will have for our communities.

A major focus of the night will be the proposed sell-off of public land to help fund AUKUS, and what this means for public assets, militarisation and democratic accountability.
