They take us for granted. And honestly, we’ve had enough.
For years, Point Cook has been written off as a “safe seat” by the major parties. They have ignored us for too long, offering nothing but band-aid solutions that never fix the root of the problem.
We live with the consequences every day:
The Gridlock: You feel it when you’re stuck on Point Cook Road, going nowhere.
The Service: You feel it when buses don’t show up when they are needed most.
The Schools: You feel it in underfunded, overcrowded classrooms.
The Health: You feel it while waiting for hours in emergency rooms.
Elections come and go, but nothing really changes. Point Cook deserves better. You deserve a representative who works for the interests of the community, not big corporate donors.
This election is our moment to change the story. Labor is nervous, and for good reason—the West is waking up. When neighbors, commuters, and families stand together, we are powerful. And power makes them listen.
