LEVEL UP: Doorknock Leaders Training

The Heysen Greens are hosting LEVEL UP: Doorknock Leaders Training session on Wednesday 29th October.

We extend the invitation to ALL doorknock leaders and candidates across the state, whether you are a part of the Heysen campaign team or not.

This training is designed to equip local campaign leaders and volunteers with the tools, confidence and strategy needed for more effective field campaigning.

Held in the state electorate of Heysen - at the Heysen Greens HQ in Stirling.

What to Expect:

1. We will go out in pairs for a "power" door knock in Stirling from 4pm. Experienced door knockers will take turns having conversations and critiquing one another.

2. Return for a debrief at 5:30pm

3. Advanced training for leaders and experienced volunteers. This training will focus on utilising different tactics and strategies to improve your own skills as well as methods of empowering new volunteers to have good conversations and collect better data.

4. Learn how to input your own data! Understanding the "back end" of our internal systems will assist you in collecting better data out on the doors.

5. Join us for dinner at the Stirling Hotel at 7:30pm.

Please note that this training is designed for more experienced campaigners and will not include any beginner training.

If you are a beginner and are interested in learning how to door knock, you may find an alternative event more suitable.
