Join us for a full-day, members-only planning workshop to shape our Greens campaign for the 2026 Victorian State Election in the Western Metro Region and State Districts

Who: Greens members in Western Metro (Previous volunteers are welcome to join on the day!)

Why we're meeting
We’re coming together as volunteers, organisers, candidates and community leaders to collectively shape the strategy for our 2026 campaign. Together, we’ll grow our movement, win votes and build long-term people power across the West.

What we’ll do on the day

• Understand the political landscape in the West and where our biggest opportunities are

• Decide together the key goals, issues and principles that will guide our campaign

• Map out how we organise including leadership roles, volunteer teams and internal comms

• Work in small groups to design tactics for field, fundraising, communications and candidate recruitment

• Assign responsibilities and next steps so we leave more connected and more organised

This will be a working session built for participation and shared leadership. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, your ideas and energy are essential.

• PT: 20-minute walk or direct bus from Sunshine Station

• Wheelchair Accessible: Entrance and Toilets

• HEPA Filter onsite

• Morning tea, lunch, and snacks provided

• Dietary: All Vegan and Halal food (email us if you have additional dietary requirements)

• Strong focus on inclusion and diverse participation

• You do not need experience to participate
