Learn what being a candidate is really like - from nomination to election day

The SA state election is coming and we need candidates!

Lots of them. With 47 House of Assembly seats plus Legislative Council spots, there's room for people from every corner of the state.

Even in seats we won't win, having a strong local candidate who knows their community can boost our statewide vote. That helps us secure not just one but TWO Legislative Council seats for the first time in South Australia.

Come and find out what's actually involved in being a candidate.

Ask questions about the process, the workload, and what support you get. Meet current and former candidates who can tell you what it's really like.

No experience required. No commitment needed. Just come and see if it might be for you.

We're looking for people who back our four pillars: Ecological Sustainability, Grassroots Democracy, Social Justice, and Peace & Non-Violence.

All questions welcome - this is your chance to get the real story about what being a Greens candidate involves.

Please join in person at the State Office OR online - sign up to get send the link to an online session before the event
